Books

The standard reference for distance sampling is Buckland et al. (2001). This was most recently updated in Buckland et al. (2015). If you are affiliated with a university that is a member of ‘Springerlink’, the 2015 version can be purchased in softcover for ~40 USD/GBP/EUR; look up the MyCopy program.
